Why a missed call is usually a lost job
Most people calling a contractor aren't loyal to anyone yet. They have a problem, they searched, and they're working down a list. If you don't pick up, they call the next number.
Speed matters more than most people think. Jobber's 2026 Home Service Trends Report found that over half of customers expect a reply within an hour, but only about one in five pros reply that fast.
